What are these surveys meant to fulfil?
Not that small stain of pitch-black void in your soul, we tried that. The Client Onboarding form is meant to gather all required information about a new client (surprise). Ask them about their motivations, expectations, or goals, maybe their preferred coffee type or their favorite Pokémon. You know, just to tighten the relationship with a client.
Are these surveys customisable?
Oh, you're not going to believe this. They are! Amazing, right? We know. Just to give you a little mental image of what to expect, there's almost nothing that's not at your service. You are a king, commanding little words and colors and designs to be whatever you'd like them to be. Make the text bigger, erase some questions, include an image of the team's happiest memory... The possibilities are almost as endless as the pit of destruction and chaos to which we plunged as a race many years ago. Sorry, big buzzkill moment.
How can I use it?
Since it is likely you know whoever is going to answer this, the best way for the chosen template to reach its destination is just to email it to that person directly or create an email list with all people you think should receive it. Another option is to create an automated sequence that will send this survey to new clients.
