Why should I use a satisfaction survey template?
There's a variety of reasons. First of all, to show your clients that you're not only there to grab the bag and leave. You care about them (right?) and they should feel cherished and cared about. Also, since this customer satisfaction survey focuses mainly on personal training, this form opens a broad fan of options when it comes to looking for improvement or analyzing where the session went wrong. It's an easy-to-use, easy-to-work-with tool with apparently no downsides to it. God, why can't everything in life is this simple?
Is the form customizable?
Almost as much as your clients' needs. You can adapt any of the templates (including the font, colors, questions, and even design) until you feel you've achieved a worthy product that accurately displays the level of concern and professionalism you want your business to be represented by. Damn, that was long. Almost as long as the list of satisfied clients after you start working with any of our templates.
How do I use it?
Luckily for our clients (and us), this ain't rocket science. This after-training form is best used when embedded upon a website or social media page. In this case, though, since we're talking about specific people, it's also a good idea to just contact them and forward the form. This will also look good on your behalf (oh wow, the trainer just sent me a satisfaction after-training survey, how considerate of him). Cool, huh?
