Is Jotform worth it or not?
Jotform is worth it. It offers a great number of features for such a low price and the price scales as the number of form submissions grows (price per form submission becomes lower).
However, Jotform isn't perfect. There are some downsides too.
I've been using it for a while and I find its design slightly outdated.
I'd recommend checking SurveySparrow if a form design matters for you. SurveySparrow provides the same features and sometimes more as it has tons of built-in automation features, such as email reminders. But at the same time, it doesn't support so many payment options as Jotform does.
