SurveySparrow pricing & Does it worth it?
SurveySparrow is one of my favorite form builders and the best form builder for order forms. Although it supports only Stripe for payments. If you prefer using PayPal, I'd recommend checking Jotform.
What makes this form builder really good is tons of features such as email reminders and the ability to send out surveys via SMS.

SurveySparrow pricing starts with a free plan, which allows you to collect up to 100 form submissions per month. If you are looking for a simple survey tool, this is a great option to start with.
Although, if you need to accept payments or you need a file upload feature, in this case, you need the $29 per month plan. SurveySparrow supports only yearly and quarterly payments, so the Premium plan ($29 per month) requires at least a $177 commitment with quarterly payments or $348 with yearly payments.

- Business plans have a lot more features and integrations, such as SPSS export and Salesforce integration
- If you need a HIPAA-compliant solution then the ELITE plan is for you. You need to contact their sales team to get a quote.
SurveySparrow is it worth it?
I've been using SurveySparrow quite extensively for several months and after reviewing dozens of form builders, I can say, it is the best form builder with tons of features for a reasonable price.
SurveySparrow has some issues as well. For example, it doesn't support PayPal payments, and it's not the best solution for quizzes or for forms with a complex logic (many steps with tons of conditions).
Although, if you need a powerful form builder for collecting leads, conducting surveys, or measuring NPS, I'd definitely recommend SurveySparrow.
